Roger Tipping II serves on the Board and brings a rare blend of entrepreneurial leadership and deep-rooted commitment to Prescott’s performing arts community. A longtime producer, writer, and performer, Roger has helped shape more than a dozen original theatrical works across local venues and currently serves on the Board of Fourth Wall Productions. His relationships with regional theatre groups, Yavapai College, and local donors have been instrumental in positioning YBT within the broader arts ecosystem of Prescott and Prescott Valley. During YBT’s inaugural season, Roger played a key role in connecting the organization with actors, production teams, and creative partners essential to launching high‑quality youth-centered performances.

Beyond the arts, Roger brings more than 20 years of executive experience as a founder and CEO, leading full‑stack professional services and software organizations. His work at Presolved LLC—where he oversees strategy, operations, technical delivery, and client success for state and federal partners—adds strategic, operational, and analytical strength to YBT’s board leadership. With a background spanning AI-enabled solutions, emergency planning, SaaS development, and large‑scale project management, Roger offers YBT a steady, forward‑thinking perspective. His combination of creative insight and business acumen strengthens YBT’s collaborative, community‑driven mission and supports the organization’s long-term growth.
