YBT was founded through the vision and collaboration of Yavapai’s premiere dance companies, united by a shared passion for classical ballet. Recognizing both the extraordinary local talent and the lack of professional opportunities for ballet performance, these leaders came together to create an organization rooted in accessibility, excellence, and community pride.
At YBT, we value excellence in classical ballet through artistry, collaboration, and access.
