
Trinity Hyman began her dance training in Phoenix at the age of three, then joining her studio’s company team at eleven. Throughout her early training, she studied a wide range of styles including jazz, tap, hip hop, musical theater, character, and ballroom, while her primary passion remained classical ballet. She later attend the summer intensive at Brooksher Ballet and was awarded a scholarship to their school.
At fourteen, Trinity joined Master Ballet Academy, where she trained in the Pre-Professional Program, further refining her classical technique. During this time, she performed in The Nutcracker with Phoenix Ballet and was selected to travel to Washington, D.C. to train at The Washington Ballet Summer Intensive.
After stepping away from performing due to an ongoing knee injury, Trinity followed in her mother’s footsteps and earned her yoga teacher certification, discovering a deep passion for yoga and mindful movement. She has since taught yoga in both Phoenix and Prescott.
Upon relocating to Prescott, Trinity joined Summer’s DanceWorks as an advanced ballet instructor and now works closely with dancers through both group classes and private coaching. Alongside expanding her teaching career, she continues her studies in hypermobility, specializing in helping hypermobile dancers better understand their biomechanics, build strength safely, and prevent long-term injuries.
